(ATSE: INLOT).The Role:Maintains and repairs all systems in the general operation of the property, involving work of a varied nature.Responsibilities:* Maintain and repair all building systems including plumbing, lighting, electrical, and HVAC.* Maintains records and logs as required by the facilities office.* Coordinates with other departments for special projects, work requests, and assignments.* Exhibits s friendly, helpful, and courteous manner when dealing with customers, fellow* employees, vendors, and the general public.* Other duties may be assignedQualifications:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
