Description:Position Summary: Responsible for performing general preventive maintenance, environmental inspections, and minor repairs for all company-owned properties & chain of convenience stores. Responsibilities / Duties:1. Travel to company-owned properties and perform environmental inspections & preventative maintenance schedule in order to maintain a safe & appealing environment for our customers and employees. 2. Support and help other company maintenance technicians when needed. 3. Perform minor repairs for outside customers.4. Keep home office warehouse clean & orderly.5. Maintain stock on service truck that is needed to perform tasks.6. Maintain daily work orders & times sheets documenting tasks, time & mileage. 7. Comply with procedures.8. Perform all other duties as assigned or needed.Specific Knowledge & Skills:• High school diploma or equal preferred.• General Knowledge of the operation of power tools.• Painting experience preferred.• Minor electrical & plumbing skills preferred.• Able to learn on the job training.• Must possess a valid driver's license and a clear MVR. • Must be highly motivated & able to work independently & complete tasks in a timely manner. HVAC IS A PLUSPhysical requirements:Must be able to drive service truck, operate power tools, and move heavy objects consistently as necessary.Requirements:High School Diploma or GED
