Kidwell is seeking a highly motivated individual to fill the role of Maintenance Tech. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction to ensure the safety, functionality, and aesthetics of our facilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs while also contributing to various construction projects as needed.

What You'll Do:
* Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on buildings, equipment, and systems to ensure optimal performance.
* Diagnose and repair issues related to plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and structural components.
* Assist in construction projects, including renovations, installations, and improvements, ensuring adherence to safety regulations and quality standards.
* Ensure all maintenance and construction work complies with local, state, and federal safety regulations and building codes.
* Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inventory of materials and tools.
* Work closely with other tradespeople and contractors to coordinate work schedules and project timelines.
* Respond promptly to urgent maintenance requests, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
Do You Have What it Takes?:
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Proven experience in maintenance and repair, with a focus on construction.
* Strong knowledge of building systems, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC.
* Familiarity with construction practices and safety standards.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Valid driver's license and ability to operate maintenance vehicles and equipment.
* Ability to lift heavy objects, climb ladders, and perform physically demanding tasks.
