This role will provide essential maintenance support to our busy manufacturing operation. The ideal candidate will be a problem solver who can effectively troubleshoot and repair a wide range of equipment and machinery. With a strong emphasis on electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, pneumatic, and CNC systems, this role is perfect for a hands-on technician who thrives in a fast-paced, challenging environment.Responsibilities:1. Conduct routine inspections of machinery and equipment to identify and respond to signs of malfunction.2. Perform preventative maintenance tasks to keep machinery running at peak levels of performance.3. Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic systems and components, utilizing schematics and technical drawings.4. Coordinate with the production team to schedule repairs and maintenance to minimize downtime.5. Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.6. Document all maintenance and repair work, maintaining accurate records for reference and reporting.7. Keep the maintenance area clean, organized, and stocked with necessary tools and supplies.8. Collaborate with other technicians and staff to share knowledge and solve complex problems.Qualifications:1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a maintenance technician role within a manufacturing environment.2. Proven experience with hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, mechanical, and PLC systems is essential.3. Technical training or certification in hydraulics, maintenance, or a related field is highly desirable.4. Demonstrated ability to read and understand technical drawings and schematics.5. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and repair a wide range of equipment.6. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.7. Proven ability to adhere to safety protocols and procedures at all times.8. Physical stamina and strength, with the ability to lift heavy objects and work on your feet for extended periods.9. Willingness to work 2nd or 3rd shift, including weekends and holidays as needed.10.
