Maintenance Tech - Plant Services - Full Time

Under the direction of a Supervisor or his/her designees, the Maintenance Technician performs a variety of maintenance and engineering duties including maintaining, repairing, operating, and renovating plant and facilities for the Engineering Department. Incumbent is guided by a basic knowledge of building trades, carpentry, painting, electrical, plumbing, HVAC and mechanical repairs, plant maintenance methods, techniques and procedures, operation and use of department equipment and supplies. The Maintenance Technician works with the Plant Operations Supervisor who may provide general daily work assignments and oversight of tasks performed. Education, License & Cert: High school diploma or equivalent required. Licenses: Must have valid drivers license required for travel to various facilities and/or use of a snow plow.
