Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance of HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical systems, and other equipment.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff and residents to address any issues.
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment and systems effectively to minimize downtime.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, prioritizing safety.
- Document all maintenance activities for clear and accurate recordkeeping.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in maintenance, with a preference for skilled nursing facilities.
- Proven HVAC experience is a requirement.
- Ability to lift and maneuver heavy equipment or materials.
- Strong problem-solving skills to diagnose and address maintenance challenges.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with staff and residents.
