Position: Maintenance Technician - 1st Shift

Location: Grand Rapids, MI

Start Date: ASAP

Hourly Rate: $20-$30/hr

Shift: 1st Shift, Monday - Friday

I am working with a long-established company in the conveyor belt fabrication industry, known for their expertise and custom solutions. They are looking for an experience Maintenance Technician to join their growing team. This hands-on role involves troubleshooting, solving machinery issues, fabricating belts, and maintaining the facility.

If youre experienced in fabrication, enjoy problem-solving, and can keep up with preventative maintenance, this could be the opportunity for you. This position offers a stable 1st shift schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• Fabricate and customize conveyor belts for a range of clients.
• Troubleshoot and solve equipment and machinery problems.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance (PMs) on machinery.
• Handle facility maintenance tasks as needed.
• Demonstrate creativity and problem-solving skills in a growing, niche market.

Required Experience:

• Strong fabrication skills and experience troubleshooting machinery issues.
• Ability to perform basic facility maintenance and follow preventative maintenance schedules.
• Independent, creative problem-solving abilities.
