The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, team player with great people and collaboration skills, who promotes a team atmosphere, applies root cause analysis principles, and supports process improvements in our fast paced always growing culture.Key responsibilities and duties:* Mentor team providing training, guidance, and direct feedback on a variety of technical subjects to help them accomplish their goals and improve individual performance* Lead troubleshooting of complex issues and critical repairs in high pressure situations* Follow all safety and food safety requirements, PPE, LOTO, while culturing a safe work environment* Work independently, unsupervised performing mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and facility repairs* Provide feedback to Planner on preventative maintenance tasks and schedules* Suggest and implement corrective actions for equipment failures* Perform daily facility walkthroughs and inspections* Utilize CMMS to open/close workorders, schedule PM's, create workorders, etc., to meet workflow and compliance KPI's* Provide backup to supervisor and periodic weekend supervision when needed* On call availability for off hour critical failures* Develop and maintain good working relationships with everyone in the organization* Maintain tools, supplies, and clean organized work areas* Operate powered industrial equipment: scissor lifts, forklifts, powered stackers, etc.Qualifications:* 10+ years of industrial maintenance experience required* Proficiency with electrical: reading schematics, utilizing volt/ohm meter, etc. (120, 240, 480VAC, 24VDC)* Some HVAC/Hydronic experience preferred* Ability to understand and troubleshoot relay logic, ladder diagrams, control components, inputs/outputs, PLC's, HMI's, pumps, motors, plumbing, heat exchangers, photoeyes, servo drives, proximity sensors, VFD's, flow control, timers, etc.* Safe operation of warehouse equipment such as scissor and forklifts* Personal Protective Equipment, LOTO, confined space, arc flash, and safety compliance* Ability to regularly lift, bend, stretch, crawl, utilize manual dexterity, navigate ladders/catwalks, stand and/or walk for long periods of time without limitation* Lift 75lbs unassisted* Follow all company policies, procedures, safety, and food safety guidelines* Flexible working hours, willing to work scheduled, unscheduled, and on call overtime* Work in non-climate and cold environments, that may be noisy and/or have low lighting* Schedule: four 10-hour days, Sunday-Wednesday OR Wednesday-SaturdaySpecialized knowledge, skills and abilities:* Broad and deep knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems* Very strong problem-solving skills* Ability to complete repairs and projects with little to no supervision* Proficiency with electrical: reading schematics, utilizing volt/ohm meter, etc. (120, 240, 480VAC, 24VDC)* Some HVAC/Hydronic experience preferred (certifications a plus)* Welding: mig, tig, stick, aluminum, stainless steel* Water & filtration systems, pumps, plumbing, etc.* Preventative and Predictive maintenance to maximize uptimeBENEFITS WE OFFER YOU* Health, dental, and vision insurance starting day one of employment-- health insurance plans start at just $25/month* Minimum two weeks paid vacation* One week paid health & wellness time* 10 paid holidays* Parental leave* 401k with up to 4% Company match* Annual uition reimbursement* Company-paid life insurance* Short and long-term disability insuranceABOUT OUR HIRING PRACTICESStatistics show that underrepresented communities don't apply for a job unless they meet 100% of the qualifications.
