Maintenance Technician (3rd Shift)

Our client in Donora, PA is looking for Maintenance Technicians on 3rd Shift- Responsible for delivering prompt maintenance support to production lines and assisting with equipment changeovers.- Work independently or collaboratively to perform reactive, preventive, predictive, and proactive maintenance tasks.- Coordinate with the off-shift Maintenance Team to ensure equipment repairs and preventive maintenance are completed and properly documented.- Accurately diagnose technical failures in equipment, including issues with electronic sensors, switches, load cells, air pumps, mechanical pumps, seals, bearings, liquid fillers, VFD drives, motors, and conveyor systems.- Support sanitation and quality control systems by ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, including handling hazardous materials.- Must maintain a clean and safe work environment.- Must have a strong awareness of safety standards related to personnel, food, and equipment.Job Requirements- Show a solid understanding of electronic, electrical, and precision mechanical troubleshooting.- Basic computer proficiency is necessary.- Consistent attendance and the ability to start your shift on time are essential.- A dependable record of punctuality- You must be capable of interpreting electrical schematics and PID diagrams.- You will need to successfully complete an electrical troubleshooting assessment.- A mechanical reasoning test must also be passed.- You must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.- A minimum of 4 years of experience in industrial maintenance within a manufacturing environment is required.- At least 4 years of experience in mechanical repairs is essential.- A minimum of 4 years of electrical repair experience is required.
