Core Responsibilities of Maintenance Technicians:
* Able to Install and repair manufacturing machinery and other mechanical equipment for production
* Able to respond quickly to troubleshoot equipment, fixtures, fittings, etc.
* Able to read and interpret basic electrical, hydraulic & pneumatic schematics
* Able to complete all preventive maintenance (PM) scheduled work orders
* Able to follow LOTO and Arc Flash Safety procedures
Qualifications for Maintenance Technicians:
* Associate's degree or technical school degree/certificate and 2 or more year's related experience and /or training: or equivalent combination of education and experience.
* Reading and interpreting blueprints
* Installing and operating machinery and technical equipment
* Has working knowledge of CNC, electrical, mechanical, hydraulics, PLCs, robotics, pneumatic systems
* Good verbal and written communication
Summary: In this role as a Manufacturing Maintenance Technician, you will diagnose and repair damaged or malfunctioning manufacturing equipment using hand tools provided by Hydro-Gear! Our Maintenance Techs work on cutting edge manufacturing technologies including robotics, vision systems, automation, electrical controls, and more. In addition to repairing and maintaining equipment, you will be performing scheduled preventative maintenance activities.
You will be an important part of our team that keeps Hydro-Gear going strong. Maintaining reliability in our equipment keeps our coworkers safe and provides our customers with quality products delivered on-time.
