Job OverviewA manufacturing maintenance technician is responsible for performing regular preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on equipment used in the manufacturing process to ensure the successful execution of production activities.BENEFITS START ON DAY ONE!!!MedicalDentalVision401k(after 60 days)SIGN ON BONUS!!!30 Days = $5006 Months = $20001 Year = $2500ResponsibilitiesMust understand the importance of quality requirements by maintaining, adjusting, and repairing manufacturing equipment in a timely manner when necessary to meet customer needs.Must adhere to relevant system work instructions, processes, and procedures.Correct mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, etc., problems and if not possible, report concerns to the Maintenance Supervisor and/or Dept. Manager.Maintain, inspect, repair, and/or adjust trim fixtures, assembly fixtures, support equipment, etc., when necessary to ensure employee safety and product quality.Advise group leader and/or department manager when spare parts are used for repairs.Possibly create and generate requisitions if required. Organize spare parts if necessary.Follow lockout/tagout procedures as well as safety rules 100% of the time.Use FIIX software to communicate Work Orders and document the use of spare parts.Perform timely Preventative Maintenance on assigned fixtures and machinery.Complete reports of accidents/incidents immediately and participate in the corrective action process.Ensure safety concerns that arise from safety incidents, accidents or safety meetings are corrected immediately.Ensure work instructions are followed to produce quality parts per customer specifications.Experience :2-3 years' experience of industrial maintenance in the automotive industryBasic understanding of electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic printsKnowledge of general maintenance processes and methods, tools, common appliances and devicesKnowledge of parametric and industrial control systems.Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and regulations.Excellent troubleshooting skillPlastic injection and blow molding machinery is requiredMust have your own toolsJoin us in creating a safe, efficient, and pleasant environment for our while utilizing your skills in maintenance!Job Type: Full-timePay: $29.00 - $35.00 per hourBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental InsuranceHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:12-hour shiftDay shiftEvening shiftExperience:Plastics injection molding: 3 years (Required)Maintenance: 3 years (Required)Industrial maintenance: 4 years (Required)Company Description: Background check required; candidates must meet our evaluation criteria.#J-18808-Ljbffr
