(Responsibilities Troubleshoot, remove and replace different types of electronic, electromechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and optic systems. Pre-inspect parts or equipment to be repaired to determine what parts, supplies, forms, tools, tool repair and shop equipment are required; and communicate with Maintenance Manager Read programmable controller information to diagnose complex problems Replace belts, pulleys, cables, chains, bearings, gears and related equipment Must have a firm knowledge of PLCs, A/C, schematics in our continuous process manufacturing environment to achieve machine uptime metrics Qualifications Must have previous experience with injection molding machines Must have previous maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment Ability to lift average weighted materials, up to 50 lbs, occasionally Ability to stand for long periods of time, bend, squat, kneel and climb frequently #INCPNA We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and do not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, sex, age, national origin, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, status as a veteran, and basis of disability or any other federal, state or local protected class.
