Job DescriptionDEPARTMENT: MaintenanceJOB TITLE: Multicraft Maintenance Technician A Level lllREPORTS TO: Manager with direction from Team LeaderSHIFT DAYS /HOURS: Rotating Schedule (Will Train On 1st Shift)One week Monday, Tuesday, Friday, and Saturday, 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. The following week Sunday, Wednesday, and Thursday; 7a.m. to 7 p.m. STARTING PAY: Starting at $33.94 per hour We are looking for a Multicraft Maintenance Technician with Mechanical Experience to join our Bonnell Aluminum maintenance team focused on improving availability, reliability, and work management practices around presses, conveyors, CNC machines, robotics, and other industrial manufacturing equipment.The Ideal Candidate will consistently demonstrate the following behaviors.

    • Maintaining and troubleshooting mechanical and electrical components in accordance with regulatory requirements and standard work instructions.
    • Successful execution of the R&M group's planned, scheduled maintenance, work management program, preventative, and predictive activities.
    • Responsible for the execution of all reactive maintenance work and activities to maximize equipment reliability, optimize maintenance costs, and reduce equipment downtime.
    • Maintain documentation and records of repairs, calibrations, and tests for existing and new equipment in the CMMS system.

    What You'll Need to Have:
    • A constant commitment to approaching tasks safely and intelligently.
    • Relevant experience, preferably in industrial or manufacturing maintenance
    • Competency of electrical systems (installation and troubleshooting of basic electrical circuits at 24VDC and 120VDC, like sensors, relays, lighting, electrical facilities)
    • Understand Mechanical schematics (blueprints), including sizes, tolerances, units (inches and mm), convert measurements, identify multiple fasteners.
    • Understand and use precision tools like torque, mic and calipers, dial indicators.
    • Disassembly, assembly, installation and troubleshooting of medium mechanical precision (components tolerances within 0.002 - 0.015 ), bearings (radial and thrust loads), seals, glands, lubrication, fittings, subassembly/attachments, rollers, sheaves, and sprockets, belt/chain/coupling for power transmission, pumps, conveyors, valves, fans, motors, alternators, cylinders hydraulic/air, ovens, cutters, presses, tanks, paint lines, cranes including shaft alignment, belt/chain tension, equipment testing/release
    • Install and troubleshoot hydraulic circuits multiple movements (Like, Extrusion Presses, Injection Molding Machines) up to 5000 PSI with fix/variable pumps, including all types of valves like relief, checks, cartridge, directional, proportional.
    • Understand hydraulic and pneumatic schematics for troubleshooting and identifying components on the field.
    • Welding MIG and Stick, TIG and Flux-Cored, occasionally welding enough to safely repair hydraulic lines and machinery in general.
    • Fabricate or modify parts using a lathe, tree drill, milling machine, and power saw within 0.0001 to 0.002
    • Install and troubleshoot/disassembly/assembly high precision mechanical (tight components tolerances within 0.0001 - 0.002 , laser alignment, machinist leveling and parallelism, bearings, housings and shaft with interference fits, balancing (static/dynamic), hydraulic pumps.
