This position will report to the Plant Manager.Job Details: The successful candidate for this role should be an experienced millwright or maintenance person who can maintain and repair plant operations Wages start at $22.00hr and increase with experience. Starting wage based on verifiable experience Hourly position Shifts may vary depending on operational requirements ($3 shift premium for night shift) to include weekends as needed Shifts vary from 8 - 12hrs / Overtime as neededJob Responsibilities: Repair asphalt plants to include but not limited to: Conveyors, screens, drums, silos, & feeders Work safely at all times and follow OSHA & MSHA guidelines as requiredQualifications: Mechanical aptitude/ability to diagnose and perform plant repairs as needed. Previous fixed plant maintenance or related industry experience is required. Experience working with crushers, conveyors, and screens is required. Experience in fabricating, cutting, and welding is required. Uncompromising focus on safety excellence. Self-motivated and able to work independently, without close supervision. Self-motivated individual - must be able to perform required duties independently, without constant supervision. Must be flexible on working hours and locations with the ability to adapt to different work environments. Valid drivers license.
