Join us in working for one of the area's leading property management companies!What You Will DoLead the charge for maintenance excellence in property management to repair and maintain some of the best properties in town!Respond to work orders in a timely order with the highest level of qualityRepair, replace and maintain apartment equipment, fixturesTroubleshoot and repair plumbing and electrical equipmentSnow removal and property grounds cleanupFrequently walk, bend, lift/pull/push up to 70 poundsAll other duties as assignedWhat You Will NeedMinimum one-year related experience (construction, electrical, plumbing, rehabs)Valid EPA certification or must be certified within 90 days of employment. The company will pay for this certification, which consists of the first test and a retake. Any retakes should be completed within 10 days. If there is a third test, the employee will be responsible for the payment and if there is no pass, the employee will be subject to demotion or separation from the companyWorking knowledge of mechanical, electrical and plumbing systemsYardi experience preferred but not requiredAbility to work on a rotating on-call scheduleValid Driver License, reliable transportation and valid insurance requiredPersonal Smart Phone is necessary in this position (monthly reimbursement available)Microsoft Office Suite knowledge preferredAbility to uphold the Company Vision and ValuesYou will be required to provide your own hand and power toolsWe invite you to join a winning team and bring your talents to work.
