Repairs may include; plumbing, electrical, appliances, HVAC, etc.The resident experience and employment culture is a priority at IRT thus the ideal candidate should not only be skilled, but required to be positive, energetic, and personable.Requirements: Minimum 2 years' experience in property maintenance or equivalent field such as hospitality, construction, and/or skilled laborEPA I, EPA II and CPO are preferred.
