Maintenance Technician/ Custodian Principle Purpose of Job: To assist with repairs with the Building Supervisor. To ensure the property is clean and well kept. This is a full-time position, Tuesday to Saturday 6:00 am-2:30 pm. The position is with one of out premiere associations located at the north end of Myrtle Beach, SC. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Understands written work orders or verbal instructions from Manager. Custodial work to include: pool cleaning, bathroom cleaning, sweeping, moping, dusting, pressure washing, etc. Able to work without direct supervision. REQUIREMENTS Some knowledge of OSHA related safety codes and practices is preferred. CPO Preferred Must be reliable. Must pass background check and drug test.
