Job Summary: Responsible for the maintenance functions and repairs associated with equipment/machines located in the Calibrated Tool and Equipment Tool Crib.
Essential Functions, Roles and Responsibilities: Essential duties and responsibilities include the following.
* Practices safe work habits and comply with all quality, safety, health and environmental policies, procedures, programs and regulations
* Performs a wide variety of highly skilled maintenance, as well as preventative and predictive maintenance work on shop machines and equipment
* Interprets complex maintenance manuals, sketches, drawings, and specifications to determine repair and troubleshooting procedures
* Disassembles, adjusts, repairs, replaces, and proves out maintenance operations on a diversified line of work, including hydraulics, electronics, pneumatics, mechanical systems and other machine repair
* Performs wide range of electrical repairs on equipment
* Assists with the moving, relocation, and installation of equipment
* Moves and stores hazardous materials in accordance with environmental and safety procedures
* Follows lockout tag out procedures
* Proceeds with minimal supervision
* Maintains and monitors Calibrated Tool and Equipment Tool Crib
Education, Training, Experience: High School diploma or general education degree (GED): or minimum 2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

* Working knowledge of Cactus Wellhead Products; Customer Property, Repair and Remanufacture; Customer Relationships and Networking; Equipment Troubleshooting of Cactus Wellhead and Other EOM Equipment; Infrastructure and Asset Management; Preparing and Evaluating Budgets
* Advanced computer skills
* Advanced Language skills, Mathematical skills and time management ability
