Matheson specializes in the manufactureand distribution of dry ice and liquid carbon dioxide. Matheson maintains a reliable networkof dry ice distribution facilities located strategically throughout itsservice area. This integrateddistribution network ensures that Matheson can quickly react to customers'needs. Matheson is looking for aMAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN. Our Maintenance Technicians are responsible forproviding support to achieve optimal levels of productivity, quality, andsafety. Starting Wage: /hour depending on experience. A Maintenance Exam will be administered todetermine level of pay.

Knowledge,Skills and Abilities
High School Diploma or GED required; 2year technical degree orany other related certifications or training is a plus Minimum of 4 years ofmaintenance experience within manufacturing environment (preferably withinextrusions or compressions environments with hydraulic/pneumatic equipment)Experience with hydraulics, screw compressors, mechanics, electricalsystems and troubleshooting PLC's Experience with robotics a plus.Experience with large ammonia refrigeration systems a plus. Mustbe able to lift 30 pounds, climb stairs and ladders, and work in tightspaces in and around machinery. Must pass pre-employment drug screen,employment history verification, and background check. A Maintenance SkillLevel Exam will be administered to determine pay level.
