The ARM GROUP is looking for a Maintenance Technician (Electrical Background) for our growing Client located in Ridgeville, SC.It's a FULL TIME role with the client, with an Amazing Sign on Bonus Program.#Relocation Assistance Provided#Shift Differential#Spot OfferHiring for 2nd & 3rd Shift OnlyROLEWork directly with maintenance for process improvements, expansions, and or replacements of clients, controls, and electrical systems.Installs and repairs hydraulic systems and its components such as directional control valves, flow control valves, pressure relief valves, pressure reducing valves, servo valves, hydraulic pumps, orifice, piping, following manuals, hydraulic schematic diagrams.Installs and repairs pneumatic systems and its components such as directional valves, control valves, pressure regulators, lubricators, pneumatic servo valves following manuals, pneumatic schematic diagrams.Able to read blueprints and other specifications, and use of hand tools, power tools, and mechanical test equipment/gauges, and welding instrumentsDiagnoses and repairs or replaces faulty components in hydraulics, pneumatics and combustion systems and equipment (robots, conveyors, elevators, gantry and hoists, using hand tools and measurement gauges)Diagnoses and repairs or replaces faulty components in CNC machines to restore the machine back to production operations.Installs and repairs combustion systems and its components such as ignition coils, burner, controls for burner air and fuel, orifice, piping following manuals pneumatic schematic diagrams.Maintain the CNC by measuring the geometrical accuracy of the CNC machines, and pressure die casting machines and other die cast process equipmentMay diagnose and replace faulty mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic components of machines and equipmentTests malfunctioning machinery, using test equipment, and discuss malfunction with other maintenance workers such as machine repairer, maintenance, and tool makers to diagnose malfunctionWork in a computerized maintenance management system for work order tracking, time entry, and parts procurement (SAP)Minimum QualificationsAssociates or Technical Degree with 5+ years' experience with hydraulics, machine geometry, and pneumatics (troubleshooting and maintaining) in an automotive industry (casting facility is a plus)Experience with 480 Volts and 240 VoltsPLC TroubleshootingSolid knowledge of hydraulic systems, pneumatic systems, mechanical assembly and instrumentation/concepts of flow, level, pressure, and temperatureSupport compliance efforts of ISO and OSHAAble to work various shifts, irregular hours, and emergency call-ins as neededAble to work in the USA without sponsorship now of in the futureBenefits401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offVision insuranceDisclaimer :ARM GROUP is committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.
