Description of the role:Hueston Woods Lodge & Conference Center is currently seeking a Maintenance Technician - Evening Shift - Full Time to join our team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring the overall functionality and appearance of our facility.Responsibilities: Performing routine maintenance tasks, including but not limited to plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairsInspecting and maintaining equipment and machineryResponding to maintenance requests in a timely mannerCoordinating with other departments to address maintenance needsEnsuring compliance with safety regulations and protocolsMaintaining accurate records of maintenance performedHandle general room calls related to lights, plumbing, heating/cooling, televisions, etc. Requirements: Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systemsAbility to troubleshoot and repair equipment and machineryExcellent problem-solving and time management skillsAttention to detail and ability to follow instructionsValid driver's licenseAbility to lift and carry heavy items as neededMust be able to work evening shift, weekends and holidays Benefits: Health and dental insurance401(k) retirement planPaid time off and holidaysOpportunities for professional development and advancement #J-18808-Ljbffr
