Essential Duties:Perform general punch requirementsGrounds and equipment upkeepBasic service requests such as: Replacing lightbulbs/light kits, Unclogging toilets, Garbage disposal installation/repair, Basic water heater repair, Basic cleaning and resident servicesRepairing plumbing, appliance, electrical, and carpentryMust be committed to delivering excellent customer serviceMaintain work order systems, logs, and other records as neededTimely reporting of incidents that include property loss or work-related injuriesOn-call duty and weekend work schedules to be expected to emergency maintenance service Requirements HVAC & EPA certifications preferred but not required0-2 years' Experience in Property Management MaintenanceMust have valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and pass a criminal background checkMust be able to work with moderate to minimal direct supervisionAble to work in fast-paced environment while remaining conscientious and adhering to policies and proceduresGood human relation skills demonstrating the ability to deal with Residents, Peers, and SupervisorsDisclaimer: TWG participates in the federal government's E-Verify program, which confirms employment authorization of all newly hired employees and most existing employees through an electronic database maintained by the Social Security Administration and Department of Homeland Security.
