We have an immediate opening for Apartment Maintenance Technician. We are seeking a customer-service oriented individual with a high level of professionalism; upbeat; positive, can do and team player attitude; and an eye for detail. General responsibilities include fulfilling service requests; apartment grounds; apartment punch; make readies; general plumbing; general electrical; general construction repairs; drywall repair; grounds; and debris removal . Ability to handle large projects. Must have good verbal and written communication skills. SCHEDULE
- Monday to Friday
- On-call rotation for weekday responsibility is required
- On-call rotation for weekend responsibility is required
- May have to work some holidays
REQUIREMENTS
- 1 year of apartment maintenance experience required
- HVAC Certification is required
- CPO is preferred
- Valid Driver's License
- Car Insurance
- Reliable transportation
