Essential Duties: Perform general punch requirementsBasic service requests such as: Garbage disposal installation/repair, Basic water heater repair, Basic cleaning and resident servicesRepairing plumbing, appliance, electrical, and carpentryMust possess adequate communication skills to deliver excellent customer service RequirementsEssential Requirements:Position requires 1 year experience in Property Maintenance or equivalentMust have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and pass a criminal background checkEPA & HVAC Certification preferredOn-call duty and weekend work schedules to be expected to emergency maintenance service Must be comfortable using a computer and a smartphone.Disclaimer: TWG participates in the federal government's E-Verify program, which confirms employment authorization of all newly hired employees and most existing employees through an electronic database maintained by the Social Security Administration and Department of Homeland Security.
