The role performs routine maintenance tasks, troubleshoots, and repairs mechanical systems, landscaping, and irrigation. The role ensures compliance with safety standards. Responsibilities include maintaining mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems, performing preventative maintenance, and responding to maintenance issues promptly to minimize downtime for property and facilities. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSMaintain and repair carpet, wall covering, furniture, painted surfaces, change burned out light bulbs and other cosmetic repairs in guest rooms, and public areasMaintain and repair equipment in laundry, guest rooms and public areasRepair irrigation and sprinkler systemsMaintain pool and pool area.
