Job SummaryThe Loudoun County Department of General Services is seeking qualified applicants for a Maintenance Technician I vacancy in the Waste Management Division. This general maintenance position will assist with landfill and recycling operations by performing grounds maintenance at the 400-acre Landfill site utilizing lawn mowers, tractors, rotary mowers, string trimmers, blowers, and vacuums.Duties include, but are not limited to, lawn mowing, edging, trimming, fence-line maintenance, litter control, traffic control, recycling center and citizen convenience area operations and cleanup.
