Join us to make a real difference in patients' lives through your work. Your New Role at Bend Bioscience: We are looking for a Maintenance Technician I. In this role, you will be responsible for performing preventative and unscheduled maintenance on all manufacturing, process development, and packaging equipment. They will collaborate with all departments to install new equipment and maintain operations. How You Will Make An Impact: •Troubleshoot and recommend corrective actions on Manufacturing, Process Development and Packaging equipment. •Oversee coordination of outside contractors. •Provide support to Manufacturing, Process Development and Packaging teams as required. •Purchase and control inventory of spare parts and consumables •Provide backup to other maintenance groups in the execution of their responsibilities, as required. •Carry out standby and first response duties after hours. Ideal Candidate Will Bring:
  • Generally, 3 years of experience as a maintenance technician with High School Diploma or GED.
  • Working knowledge of equipment control systems, such as PLCs etc.
  • Ability to read and interpret P&IDs and controls, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic schematics etc
