Location: Huntley,IL, USA
Duties
Maintain, repair, and provide assistance with all forms of maintenance in all District 158 buildings and grounds. Primary skill set desired will be education and work experience with commercial HVAC and electrical system maintenance and repairs. Work with Administration and Contractors in the delivery of above described services. Ability to respond to emergency repair required for facilities and snow removal tasks at any hour of any day or night of the calendar year as the need arises. Other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications
Associate's degree or equivalent; or five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Valid IL Drivers License required. Lifting and/or moving up to 100 pounds. Target focus on HVAC and/or Electrical as primary skill set with general maintenance background preferred.
Salary/Benefits
$25.00 to $28.00 per hour
