For additional information please visit www.trilogyreg.com. JOB SUMMARYThe Maintenance Technician I maintains the community's appearance by tending to the grounds, amenities, and common areas. This role is dedicated to meeting the community's overall curb appeal and aesthetic standards.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Inspect community throughout the day to remove litter, debris, and pet droppings and ensure all common areas and amenities are neat and free of litter at all
- Remove trash and any items remaining in vacant apartments prior to starting the make-ready process.
- Clean and maintain refuge and storage
- Complete assigned minor and routine service requests as requested by the Maintenance Supervisor and/or Community Manager and assist as needed in the make-ready
- Distribute notices and communication to residents as
- Inform appropriate supervisors of any observed hazard or potentially dangerous situation for residents, team member, guests and
- Demonstrate customer service skills by treating residents and other with respect, answering questions, and responding sensitively to complaints about maintenance
- Comply with safety and risk-management policies by attending and participating in the property's routine safety meetings, completing required training on OSHA and other safety- related laws and requirements, and by reporting accidents and incident promptly and accurately.
- Must assist and/or work during onsite events as
- Routinely clean all parking structures at the community.
- Ensure paper products are stocked in all necessary areas including but not limited to restrooms and kitchens/clubrooms.
- Garden Style Community.
- Pressure wash necessary areas throughout the community.
- Routinely clean breezeways.
- Clean amenity spaces.
- projects as assigned by Maintenance Supervisor and/or Community Manager.
- Enclosed Buildings/Mid-Rise/High-Rise Communities.
- Vacuum common hallways.
- Mop necessary areas.
- Wash windows within heights permittable to company policies.
- Clean amenity spaces.
- Sweep/wipe down elevators.
- projects as assigned by Maintenance Supervisor and/or Community Manager.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- No experience necessary.
- Housekeeping, groundskeeping, maintenance, and/or customer service experience a plus.
- Must be willing to participate in an on-the-job maintenance training bootcamp (details below)

ON-THE-JOB MAINTENANCE TRAINING
- Maintenance Technician I will go through a training bootcamp within the first twelve (12) months of employment (travel may be required).
- Maintenance Technician I will complete training with their Regional Maintenance Supervisor.
- Training will include various appliance repairs, HVAC training, and training as needed.
