Job Description:
Assists Maintenance Tech II and Maintenance Tech III with the inspection and surveillance of defects that impact the daily operations or overall appearance of the facility. Assists Maintenance Tech II and Maintenance Tech III by performing necessary repairs that support the daily operations or overall appearance of the facility. Complete assigned preventive maintenance work orders that support the daily operations or overall appearance of the facility. Assists Maintenance Tech II and Maintenance Tech III with equipment installations and alterations to building systems. Other Functions: Assists the Facilities Management department as member of a snow removal team. Assists the Facilities Management department as member of the fire response team. Performs other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Excellent communication skills and the ability to function as part of a team.
