Your Responsibilities:
  • Apply a Safety First approach to every day at Heatherwood.
  • A minimum experience of 2+ years of multifamily residential, commercial, or hotel maintenance, or similar experience.
  • Maintain the property's interior and exterior standards.
  • Openness and approachability to feedback and consistent communication
  • Understanding and experience with the following mechanical systems, but not limited to: HVAC equipment, plumbing (water heaters, drain clearing, fixture replacement, and repair), minor electrical repair, appliance repair, drywall prep and repair, painting, and carpentry.
  • Knowledge of building systems including fire sprinklers, fire alarms, and central mechanical/HVAC systems
  • Solid understanding of general building maintenance, work order management, and apartment make-ready process.
  • Ability to effectively troubleshoot and problem-solve maintenance issues.
  • Shared responsibility of On-Call schedule with your property and other Heatherwood property teammates.
  • Job responsibility requires standing for extended periods, walking, pushing, lifting up to 50 pounds, bending and reaching, kneeling, stooping, crawling, and climbing.
