If you're looking to make a difference with your technical knowledge and excellent customer service, then we want to hear from you.WinnCompanies is looking for an agile and motivated Maintenance Technician II to join our team at Mill Pond Village, a 360-unit mixed community located in Broad Brook, CT.This position offers a pay range of $23.01 to $26.47 per hour based on experience and a Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm schedule with an on-call rotation every 5 weeks. View our location website here: Mill Pond VillageResponsibilitiesDiagnose and make repairs in such areas as, but not limited to: appliances, carpentry, hardware accessories, masonry, painting, basic electrical, basic plumbing, and basic HVAC.Complete assigned service requests and repairs consistent with company operating procedures.
