Job Description:
We are currently looking for a Full Time Maintenance Technician III to join our Laundry Maintenance team located at the Chickasaw Laundry Service.Summary:Maintains building environment and grounds by maintaining building, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning equipment as well as grounds keeping and repair services.Responsibilities:* Provides first class customer service - courteous and helpful to all internal and external customer types- Answers questions in a courteous and professional manner- Partners with internal and external services as needed to ensure appropriate referral is made- Greets and engages with a smile- Determines needs, seeks positive experience and outcomes* Completes all training and development requirements and participates in continuing education opportunities* Works in a collaborative and supportive manner to support the productivity and safety of the work area, team members and customers of all types- Maintains general upkeep of work area and maintains a safe environment- Maintains and promotes professionalism- Punctual and consistent in meeting start time, work schedule, attendance and other assigned work time metrics- Adheres to Chickasaw Nation dress code standards* Maintains knowledge of and follows all laws, rules, regulations, policies and SOPs for assigned area, e.g. MICS, TICS, hospital standards, health codes, food sanitation, accounting principles, etc.* Secures building and occupants by maintenance of fire alarm protection* Maintains building, heating, ventilation air conditioning, repairs and groundskeeping- Maintains lighting by installation of bulbs and ballast- Repairs electrical wiring and fixtures- Maintains building climate by trouble shooting heating, ventilation, and air conditioning equipment- Maintains the facility plumbing including water fixtures and sprinklers- Maintains building accessibility and appearance by picking up litter- Maintains building accessibility by removing ice and snow from walk and parkways- Hauls and moves files, boxes, furniture, furnishings- Prepares rooms for PA with audio/visual equipment- Completes repairs and installs replacement parts as needed* Keeps equipment operational, systems and building ready for use- Keeps preventative maintenance schedules- Keeps maintenance records, following policy and procedures- Completes repairs and installs replacement parts- Reports needed changes* Identifies and corrects hazardous working conditions* Conducts minor preventative maintenance, when possible, and report additional needed repairs to line of support* Utilizes work order maintenance system in Stream It, for receiving and completing tasks* Mows the lawn and cleans surrounding landscapes* Maintains equipment/machinery, systems and building by completing preventive maintenance schedules* Repairs basic machinery utilizing a basic understanding of machine design and repair* Sweeps walkways, removes litter, empties exterior trashcans and maintains paved areas* Maintains complex equipment/machinery, systems and building by completing preventative maintenance schedules* Maintains building accessibility by removing ice and snow from walkways and parking lot* Processes and completes work request within the WOM system* Completes work orders* Records time and material used on work orders in WOM* Performs all other duties as assignedCompetencies:Essential:* Able to follow instructions, both written and oral * Able to adhere to all scheduling and attendance requirements* Honesty, truthfulness, reliability, accountability* Able to read, understand and apply regulations and policies* Able to verbally communicate in a professional and positive manner with other team members, departments, guests and management* Writes effective communications with team, departments, guests and management* Keeps written records* Prepares role specific reportsSkills:Essential:* Work Order Management Application* Cleaning Solvents, chemicals etcExperience:Essential:* 5 years directly related experienceEducation:Essential:* High School, GED or EquivalentCredentials:Essential:* Pass gaming background check* Pass general background check* Standard Driver's License* Gaming license or permit as required by assigned positionNonessential:* State license electrical* State license HVAC* State license mechanical* State license natural gas piping* State license plumbing* State license process piping* State license refrigeration* State license roofing* State license sheet metalWorking Conditions:Essential:* May work where cigarette smoking occurs* Mix of office/non-office settings* Outside, all weather conditions* Over head -
