The Maintenance Technician maintains the highest standard of park operational repair, maintenance, and water quality by meeting all required guidelines. We are currently looking for a: Maintenance Technician Roles & Responsibilities: DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:1. Conducts daily safety inspections. 2. Repair, maintenance and installation of machines, tools, and equipment of building and grounds. 3. Maintenance on utility systems to provide continuous supply of heat, electric, power, gas, or air that is required for operations. 4. Assist in developing preventive maintenance programs in conjunction with engineering and maintenance staff. 5. Assist in maintaining proper water quality. 6. Maintain records on all work completed, pool checks, safety inspections. 7. Inspects operating machines and equipment for conformance with operational standards. 8 . Assist in planning, developing, and implementing new methods and procedures designed to improve operations, minimize operating costs, and effect greater utilization of labor and materials. 9 Assist in reviewing new products plans and discusses equipment needs and modification with design engineers. 10. General knowledge of set up and repair of equipment as it relates to: Electrical, Carpentry, Plumbing, Pumps & Motors, Fiberglass, A/C, Refrigeration, and Pool Heaters 11. Maintains all working areas, are safe and clean at all times. 12. Implement annual park rehab program. Assist in annual park capital improvement program as required. 13. Turn on and shut off all rides daily. 14. Assist in the training of maintenance staff members. 15. Accountable for tools and materials. 16. Assist with yearly governmental certification. 17. Daily water samples as required by System, and annual samples to appropriate agency as required by Government agencies. 18. Performs other job related duties as assigned. 19.
