Salary: $27.54 $32.00 per hour

They are looking for someone with a drive of honesty, integrity, and respect to set up and repair a variety of fabricating machines and equipment. An individual who works independently within established procedures, and follows standard procedures to monitor equipment performance, safety, and effectiveness.
Responsibilities
- Sets up and repairs machinery and equipment following diagrams, sketches, operation manuals, and manufacturer's specifications.
- Utilizes hand and power tools to repair or replace defective parts, materials, or equipment.
- Mounts, aligns, and bolts fixtures, dies, and welding heads onto fabricating machines.
- Performs startup and shutdown of equipment.
- Adjusts and sets controls to ensure proper machine operation and timing.
- Runs sample products and examines samples for possible production defects. Makes appropriate adjustments necessary to meet requirements.
- Performs preventative maintenance as scheduled. Complete routine maintenance of equipment. Assists senior Setup Mechanics with complex maintenance duties.
- Works with technician in observing mechanical devices in operation to troubleshoot. Dismantles, examines and inspects all machines and parts for repair purposes.
Requirements:
- Minimum of: High School Diploma, GED, or Non-US equivalent
- 2 years certificate from accredited college or technical school preferred3-5 years related experience
