- Perform basic repairs involving carpentry, painting, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical work.
- Safely operate hand tools and power tools.
- Attend safety trainings and drills.

- Can follow written and oral instructions.
- Have or will obtain a Chauffeurs Driver Class D endorsement within 90 days of employment.
