- Install, maintain, and enhance electronic components and systems on our cutting-edge high-speed manufacturing equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical and electronic issues, implementing effective solutions to minimize downtime.
- Address complex electrical challenges, such as converting systems from 480V AC to 24V DC, to support various operational requirements.
- Collaborate closely with our engineering and production teams to implement innovative upgrades and improvements, setting new industry standards.
- Perform thorough preventive maintenance routines to maintain peak performance and minimize downtime.
- Document your work precisely in our advanced maintenance tracking systems (CMMS), ensuring transparency and efficiency.
Education and Experience:
- Associate's Degree in Electronics Technology, Electrical Engineering Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven expertise (5 years or more) as an Electronic Technician in a high-speed manufacturing environment, with a passion for leveraging technology to drive operational excellence. (A combination of education and experience will be considered.)
- Proficiency in interpreting electrical and electronic schematics and technical manuals, coupled with a hands-on approach to troubleshooting and problem-solving.
