Position: Maintenance Technician
Location: Falls at Landen Apartments, Maineville, Ohio
Who you are:
* You have at least two years of experience in multifamily residential maintenance.
* You are EPA Certified, have HVAC experience, and you're a Certified Pool Operator.
* You have strong maintenance and customer service skills.
* You have a cheerful outlook and like working on a team.
* You have a valid driver's license, a reliable vehicle, and auto-insurance.
* You are willing to submit to a drug and background check if offered this position.
What you will do as a Maintenance Technician:
* Complete work orders from apartment residents.
* Use maintenance skills in HVAC, electric, plumbing, grounds, apartment turns, appliance repair, carpentry, and locks and keys.
* Utilize your excellent communication skills to contribute positively to a talented team!
* Scheduled hours: Monday - Friday 8:30am to 5pm with an on-call rotation every fifth (5) week

Requirements
* Two (2) years of maintenance experience
* EPA Certified
* HVAC experience
* Certified Pool Operator
Salary Description
$20 - $26 per hour, plus bonuses
