Are you a skilled Mechanical Technician looking for a new role?

Are you experienced in troubleshooting and repairing injection molding machines?

Join our team in Rochester, NY, and play a vital part in keeping our production and facilities equipment running smoothly. Your expertise in troubleshooting and maintaining mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and pneumatic systems will be key to our success.

What you'll do:

• Troubleshooting, service and repair of all production related equipment.
• Includes mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and pneumatic systems and robots.
• Preventive maintenance on assigned machinery and facilities equipment.
• Perform repairs in an efficient and timely manner.
• Responsible for adhering to all safety rules and always wearing proper PPE.

What you'll get:

• Pay: $25 - 32/hr. based on experience

Job Requirements

Required Competencies, Skills, and Experience:

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum of 2 years of consistent work experience in a mechanical role
• Must have mechanical ability and skill set
• Must have your own tools
• Must possess a valid driver's license

Preferred:

• Trade School, Apprenticeship, Technical associate degree or Work-Related Experience preferred
• Previous experience working on injection molding machines

Additional Qualities:

• Self-motivated
• Ability to think critically and problem-solve.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to recognize and recommend improvements to machine and/or cell layouts.
