Job Opportunity: Marinette, Wisconsin Our client is looking for a Maintenance Technician to join their team. Our client is growing fast globally and looking for top talent to join their team. They are a leading global supplier of Abrasive Blasting and Painting Facilities to a range of different industries. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for service support, operations and maintenance training, preventive maintenance inspections and service of client products and systems and customer facilities and locations. Job RequirementsRequirements/Qualifications: - Mechanical/electrical/pneumatics/HVAC/structural installation. - Ability to interpret electrical and mechanical blueprint drawings.- 3+ years technical experience in maintenance, technical services or equivalent.- Ability to operate heavy machinery, including but not limited to: fork truck, lull, scissor lift, aerial lift.- Can conduct mechanical assembly using hand tools.- Can conduct mechanical and electrical inspections.- Can conduct electrical assembly.- Allen Bradly PLC software or Schneider PLC Software.- PLC Programming (preferred).- Ability to modify PLC program (not a requirement but a plus). - High school diploma.Responsibilities/Duties:- Detailed review of new system installations to confirm to print and functioning as designed.- Conduct start-up and commission of new installations, and service or repaired equipment.- Generate commissioning and service reports.- Conduct training for operations and maintenance groups.- Conduct over phone support to customers.- Trouble shoot and diagnose electrical systems.- Diagnose and repair mechanical assemblies. - Review PLC with existing PLC programs for troubleshoot and diagnose.
