Elm Crest is looking to add a Maintenance Technician to our team! If you're looking for a quality driven, team focused environment with an employer that provides amazing benefits, apply today!As a Maintenance Technician at Elm Crest, your role is integral in ensuring efficient operation and upkeep of our facility and the property. The primary focus will be necessary upkeep of our landscape and grounds such as lawn/garden maintenance and snow removal; as well as transporting residents to their appointments both in and outside of the city. You will also be conducting general maintenance and repairs on both our facilities equipment and building structure. This includes but is not limited to basic mechanical maintenance, electric, HVAC, plumbing, and general dry wall work.
- Starting pay $18.00/hr and up, based on experience!
- Full-Time, Monday - Friday and rotating weekly call.

What You Need:
- Minimum 21 years of age
- Must have a valid driver's license, with good driving history
- Must be able to meet physical job requirements with ability to move through the day, including lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 50 pounds
- One year of general maintenance experience is strongly preferred
