SUMMARY:
The Maintenance Technician shall maintain and repair of all facility related structures and systems to assure the facility, systems and equipment are operating efficiently and in good condition. These areas include, structural systems, roofs, floors, walls, doors, windows, furniture, fixtures, stadium seating, equipment, elevators, life safety, HVAC, mechanical, plumbing, domestic water, sewer, waste and recycling material management equipment.

Physical Effort This position will require talking, listening, standing, and physical activity for long periods of time.
Out-of-Office Responsibilities
Must be able to work evenings, weekends, events, and holidays as required. This position will require flexibility of work schedule. Travel includes occasionally driving a motor vehicle, a valid driver's license with insurance is required.
