- Preventive Maintenance: Performing regular inspections and routine maintenance tasks to ensure equipment operates efficiently and to prevent breakdowns.
- Repairs: Diagnosing and fixing issues with machinery, HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical systems, and other critical infrastructure.
- Troubleshooting: Identifying problems through systematic analysis and employing technical skills to resolve issues promptly.
- Documentation: Keeping detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections for compliance and future reference.
- Safety Compliance: Adhering to safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
- Collaboration: Working with other departments to coordinate repairs and maintenance schedules.
