DescriptionLaborer with Room to Grow Are you an experienced maintenance technician with a passion for fixing things? If so we want to hear from you! We're looking for a reliable Maintenance Professional who can assist with maintaining our commercial and residential properties, as well as assist with maintenance tasks related to our home remodeling projects. You'll perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, HVAC filter changes, cleaning, and minor repairs to keep our properties running smoothly. Responsibilities • Preserve the beauty and safety of our commercial and residential properties through general cleanliness and grounds maintenance. This includes the cleaning of one (1) common hall bathroom • Perform routine maintenance to ensure all equipment and systems are working properly • Assist remodeling team with maintenance tasks related to home remodeling projects • Show care and concern for our tenants and clients through timely follow-ups and quality repairs for their service requests • Keep a record of completed repairs and when the equipment was last serviced • Handle additional maintenance tasks as needed • Adhere to applicable building, county, and safety codes/standards, while running an accident-free operation Qualifications • Excellent work ethic, communication skills, time management skills, and attention to detail • Strong understanding of maintenance equipment, techniques and procedures • Should be able to demonstrate understanding of heating and air conditioning units, plumbing systems, and electrical systems • Over 2 years of maintenance experience
