Crazy Mountain Ranch is a project by Lone Mountain Land Company (LMLC) who manages the planning, entitlement, building, marketing, and sale of premier real estate communities around Big Sky, Montana.Position SummaryReporting to the Director of Facilities, the Maintenance Technician at Crazy Mountain Ranch is responsible to assist in the maintenance and repair of the buildings, systems, equipment, fleet, activity sites, rooms, residences, and grounds of the entire facility. Focus on preventative maintenance to ensure uptime and be able to respond to critical issues to minimize guest and/or staff impact. Job Duties
  • Repair of systems for carpentry, lighting, heating, ventilation, plumbing, electrical, fleet, and other related maintenance activities
  • Daily operation of Computer Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for schedule, work order, preventative maintenance, and asset tracking
  • Evaluate physical buildings, assets, equipment, and processes
  • Foster a positive work environment
  • Maintain a culture of legendary service and hospitality among all team members and clients

Competencies
  • Craft or Trade School preferred
  • Minimum 3 years of maintenance experience
  • Ability to operate company vehicles and equipment
  • Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Must be able to complete work assignments and projects within designated timeframes
  • High attention to detail
Qualifications
  • Graduation from high school or GED equivalent
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • CDL or ability to obtain Commercial Driver's License
Physical DemandsWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to frequently inspect the project and may be exposed to ongoing construction and various weather conditions. The noise level in the work environment may range from moderate to loud. This position is performed in outside weather conditions.While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to walk and stand for; must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to 6 hours in length. The position requires manual dexterity, grasping, writing, standing, sitting, walking, repetitive motions, bending, and climbing. The employee is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms. The employee must also occasionally lift and move up to 50 pounds or more.
