Insight Global is looking for a maintenance technician local to Phoenix, AZ. This role involves managing room reservations, setups, suite equipment, and office moves, including scheduling and setting up training and conference rooms, assembling furniture, and installing equipment. It also includes overseeing the set-up and tear down of onsite company events, and assisting with office and workstation moves. Additionally, the role requires monitoring the suites conditions through daily walk-throughs, reporting issues, and performing minor repairs and replacements. Managing vendors working onsite is another key responsibility, ensuring compliance and communicating schedules and impacts to relevant parties. Proficiency in facilities programs and Office 365 is essential, including using Service Now, Badge, and Camera systems, and maintaining documents in shared folders and SharePoint. The role also involves maintaining inventory and storage rooms, ensuring tools and equipment are safe and properly stored, and keeping storage areas organized. - 3 years of facilities related experience - High School diploma or General Education Degree - Microsoft Office Skills - Knowledge and experience in the use of hand tools and performing minor repairs- Experience handling work orders through a work order system (i. e. ServiceNow) - Excellent customer service and teamwork skills - Attention to detail requiredAbility to lift 50 pounds and frequently performs walking, lifting, climbing, and working underneath furniture.
