Hydraulics, pneumatics, low and high voltage electricity, PLCs,industrial motor controls, light industrial maintenance, and plumbing. Welding abilities are a plus. You will enjoy varied and continuously challenging projects with the ability to troubleshoot, solve dynamic issues, and remain hands-on.Our maintenance team takes pride in their work and are involved in regular service intervals, new equipment installs, and large-scale upgrades. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Equipment Maintenance - Performing routine maintenance on equipment and determining when and what kind of maintenance is needed.
- Repairing - Repairing machines or systems using the needed tools.
- Operation Monitoring - Watching gauges, dials, or other indicators to make sure a machine is working properly.
- Troubleshooting - Determining causes of operating errors and deciding what to do about it.
- Operation and Control - Controlling operations of equipment or systems. Quality Control Analysis - Conducting tests and inspections of products, services, or processes to evaluate quality or performance.
- Critical Thinking - Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.
- Equipment Selection - Determining the kind of tools and equipment needed to do a job.

Works in various areas, inside and outside, in a loud environment due to car wash equipment. Job requires a person to be in constant movement. Will be heavy lifting (0-60 lbs), bending, reaching, and stooping.Requirements
- Must have 3-5 yr of experience in mechanical, plumbing and electrical repairs
- Must be able to be on call on the weekends
- Must have their own tools
- Required to pass a Motor Vehicle Report
- Must have a valid Driver's License
- Welding experience preferred
