Key Responsibilities:
- Apartment Turnovers
- Maintenance Repairs
- Preventative Maintenance
- Inspections
- Vendor Coordination
- Resident Relations
- After-hours emergency response/coordination
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of apartment maintenance experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical
- Handyman and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent problem-solving, verbal, and written communication skills
- Must possess a valid Iowa driver's license and vehicle insurance
- Must pass a background check and drug screening
