POSITION SUMMARY:

As our Maintenance Technician, you play a key role in delivering outstanding guest experiences by maintaining our properties to the highest standards. Each day, you'll handle various tasks, such as ensuring hot tubs are in perfect working order, maintaining BBQ areas, and managing trash removal, all of which are essential in preventing future issues.

Your keen eye for detail, strong problem-solving skills, and proactive attitude are vital to your success in this role. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform routine and preventative maintenance tasks to ensure our properties' systems and equipment are in optimal working condition.
• Conduct thorough hot tub servicing post-checkout, ensuring optimal functionality and cleanliness. Monitor and adjust chemical levels to uphold water quality and safety.
• Perform comprehensive cleaning and sanitizing of hot tub surfaces.
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities in Breezeway software.
• Ensure garbage and BBQ areas are serviced and maintained post-check-out.
• Travel between multiple locations to perform maintenance tasks.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• A positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn the role is our priority.
• Previous maintenance experience is desired (we are willing to train the right applicant).
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently, demonstrating initiative in completing tasks and resolving issues.
• Willingness to learn how to troubleshoot and repair issues in rental homes, including basic carpentry, Hot Tub Maintenance, and other common residential issues
• Able to learn and use technology for work order management, such as Breezeway.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and a clean driver's record to drive between work sites is required.
• Capability to manage the pressures of a high-demand hospitality setting, maintaining strong attention to detail and excellent time management.
• Excellent communication skills

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

Hourly Wage: $20- $24 per hour based on experience and achievement
