Are you an experienced Maintenance technician seeking your next career? We are in the hunt for Maintenance Technicians of all levels to perform, but not limited to the following: Troubleshoot and repair electrical problems; perform electrical repairs and installations, and conduct daily facilities maintenance inspections checks. These openings are for our A shift with pay being dependant on experience

salary: $40,000 - $54,000 per year

shift: First

work hours: 7 AM - 3:30 PM

education: High School

Responsibilities

As a Maintenance Technician, you must Troubleshoots and repairs electrical problems; and performs electrical repairs and installations onnon-Energized circuits (commensurate with experience or training/certification).

Maintains facilities as directed by the Maintenance Senior Staff including, but not limited to

snow plowing, salting, yard maintenance, floor cleaning, painting, light electrical, light plumbing.

Conducts daily facilities maintenance inspections checks

Observes electro-mechanical/pneumatic devices in operation, diagnoses problems, performs

corrective action and insures proper operation post-repair.

Disassembles devices to gain access to remove defective parts; uses hoists, cranes, hand tools,

power tools and occasionally installs repaired parts and reassembles devices.

Inspects used parts to determine changes and dimensional requirements using measuring

instruments.

The essential functions of this role include:

+ wearing steel toe shoes

+ manual lifting up to 50lbs

+ standing for 8 hours at one time

Skills

+ Maintenance

+ Electrical (2 years of experience is required)

+ Blueprints (2 years of experience is preferred)

+ Electronic Maintenance (2 years of experience is required)

+ Mechanical Maintenance (2 years of experience is required)

+ Years of experience: 3 years
